Our expertise spans underground mining support services, drilling and blasting design and execution, mine planning and optimization, surveying and geospatial engineering, safety and operational risk management, and mining project support services. We also provide technical training and advisory services tailored to operational teams and mining professionals.

The company is led by a Managing Partner who oversees day-to-day operations, supported by a team of partners responsible for strategic input and technical contribution. A Partnership of Mining Engineers
ORELYNX Mining & Technical Services Ltd is a privately owned partnership established by a team of Mining Engineers committed to delivering innovative mining engineering, technical consulting and operational support services to the mining industry across Ghana and Africa.
The business was conceived and established by Rashid Kwaku Duah, who serves as the Founder, Managing Director, Partner and Board Member of the firm. The company is governed through a partnership structure in which all partners also serve as Directors, contributing to the strategic direction, governance and growth of the business.

Governance Structure
